Last Updated: January/2026
Company: Sainzport Logistics LLC
Service Area: Texas only
1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting services from Sainzport Logistics, the client accepts these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, which constitute the formal service provision contract.
2. Scope of Service
Sainzport Logistics provides last-mile delivery services within the state of Texas. Deliveries may include personal packages, documents, commercial goods, or other items not prohibited by law.
- The sender authorizes Sainzport Logistics to deliver the goods to the recipient's address indicated in the quotation, which constitutes the waybill. Delivery will be considered complete when Sainzport Logistics obtains a signature of receipt and photographic evidence at the recipient's address.
- The sender guarantees that the person who accepts the terms and conditions of services, these being the basis of the contract for the transport of general goods that are not dangerous or illegal with Sainzport Logistics, has the proper authorization to represent him.
- Sainzport Logistics will only insure goods if the shipper expressly requests it in the quotation, it forms part of the transport contract before shipment, and the declared value is indicated. Insurance will be provided at a rate of 5% of the declared value, with a $100 deductible. If the declared value is less than the actual value of the goods, any claim will be compensated proportionally according to the ratio between the declared and actual value. Any dispute regarding the actual value of the shipment will be resolved by an independent and neutral appraiser. If the customer requests insurance under this clause, both parties agree that such insurance constitutes a declared value contract.
- The sender must submit a written claim for loss or damage to the goods to Sainzport Logistics' headquarters within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery. If such a claim is not submitted within the established timeframe, the goods will be deemed to have been delivered in perfect condition, and no subsequent claims for loss or damage will be accepted, except as expressly provided by law.
