Delivery & Pickup Policy

1. Service Availability
Sainzport Logistics offers delivery and pickup services exclusively within the state of Texas. All services are subject to availability and operational capacity.
2. Scheduling
- Pickup and delivery times must be scheduled through our website or authorized communication channels.
- Same-day services are subject to cut-off times and availability.
- We recommend booking in advance for time-sensitive deliveries.
3. Pickup Procedure
- Clients must ensure that packages are properly sealed and labeled before pickup.
- Our drivers will wait up to 15 minutes at the pickup location at no extra charge.
- After that, a $5 fee per 10-minute block will apply.
4. Delivery Procedure
- Deliveries will be made to the address provided at the time of booking.
- If no one is available to receive the delivery, we may attempt to contact the recipient or return the item, which may incur additional charges.
- We provide proof of delivery through photo, signature, or digital confirmation.
5. Restricted Locations
Deliveries to locations with limited access (e.g., gated communities, apartment complexes, or commercial buildings) must include clear instructions or access codes to avoid delays.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
- If delivery fails due to incorrect information or no access, we may reschedule or return the package at the customer's expense.
- Unclaimed or undeliverable items after 7 days may be subject to disposal or return fees.
7. Package Conditions
Sainzport Logistics is not responsible for improperly packed, fragile, or prohibited items. We reserve the right to refuse packages that pose a risk to our personnel or equipment.
