2. Transportation and Logistics Regulations

  • All deliveries are conducted in accordance with Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) and U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) standards.
  • Drivers must comply with all vehicle, licensing, and insurance regulations applicable in the state of Texas.
  • All vehicles must meet safety and inspection requirements.

3. Labor and Contractor Laws

  • All drivers are treated as independent contractors, as outlined in our Driver Policy.
  • We follow all applicable laws regarding the classification, compensation, and rights of contractors.
  • Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and legal compliance as business operators.

4. Insurance Compliance

  • Sainzport Logistics maintains appropriate insurance coverage for general liability and cargo protection, as required by law.
  • Drivers must carry their own auto liability and cargo insurance as part of their agreement.

5. Data Protection Regulations

We comply with data privacy and protection laws, including applicable consumer protection standards. All personal and delivery data is handled in accordance with our Privacy & Data Protection Policy.

6. Customer Rights and Responsibilities

  • Customers have the right to receive services in accordance with agreed terms and applicable consumer protection laws.
  • Customers must not use our services to transport illegal, restricted, or hazardous materials without prior written authorization.

7. Reporting Non-Compliance

Any violation of applicable laws or policies by employees, contractors, or clients should be reported immediately to our compliance department. Reports may be submitted confidentially.

8. Policy Updates

Sainzport Logistics reserves the right to update this policy as needed to reflect legal or operational changes. The most current version will always be available on our website.
