All listed plan prices are final. Professional transportation services are non-taxable in the State of Texas.

No, the monthly subscription gives you priority for your shipments, advanced support, and the chosen service level agreement (SLA). The cost per shipment is quoted separately, applying the discount to the base cost corresponding to your plan.
You can upgrade your plan at any time to get faster pickup times and greater discounts on the base rate.
In the Pro and Enterprise plans, we guarantee that a unit will always be available for your requests, even during peak seasons. The Basic plan is subject to fleet availability.
We have an automatic compensation system based on your plan: 5% for Basic, 10% for Pro, and 15% for Enterprise, applicable as a credit on your next invoice if we exceed the promised pickup times (90, 60, or 45 minutes, respectively).
All our plans include Live Tracking and a digital Proof of Delivery (POD) accessible from your Business Portal.
For the Basic plan, deliveries are made before 5:00 PM. The Pro and Enterprise plans have priority and express service for faster deliveries during the day.
Compensation for service disruptions does not apply in situations of force majeure, extreme weather, lack of access to the delivery location, or if the recipient causes the delay.
Delays resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer are excluded from the on-time delivery guarantees.
