  • Drivers must comply with all vehicle, licensing, and insurance regulations applicable in the state of Texas.
  • All vehicles must meet safety and inspection requirements.

3. Labor and Contractor Laws

4. Insurance Compliance

  • Sainzport Logistics offers adequate insurance coverage for general liability and cargo protection, as required by law, if the customer so desires.
  • Drivers must have their own insurance as part of their agreement.

5. Data Protection Regulations

We comply with data privacy and protection laws, including applicable consumer protection standards. All personal and delivery data is handled in accordance with our Privacy & Data Protection Policy.

6. Customer Rights and Responsibilities

  • Customers have the right to receive services in accordance with agreed terms and applicable consumer protection laws.
  • Customers must not use our services to transport illegal, restricted, or hazardous materials without prior written authorization.

7. Reporting Non-Compliance

Any violation of applicable laws or policies by employees, contractors, or clients should be reported immediately to our compliance department. Reports may be submitted confidentially.
